1. Acceptance of Terms

Users who relocate outside the Philippines on a permanent basis must immediately notify ph143 support to close their account and process final withdrawals.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. This means you are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from forming a legally enforceable agreement. You represent that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You further represent that you are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, court order, or administrative restriction.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active ph143 account. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ph143 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, provision of false information during registration or verification, duplicate accounts, irregular play patterns, bonus abuse, suspected money laundering activity, requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or any other reason ph143 determines in its sole discretion poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or violates applicable laws or regulations.

When an account is suspended, the User will be notified via email with an explanation of the suspension reason when possible. Suspended accounts cannot place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted. 9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

10.3 No Warranty

ph143 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ph143 makes no warranty regarding service fitness for particular purposes, compatibility with User devices, error-free operation, or any other matter. Users access and use ph143 services at their own risk. ph143 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

10.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph143's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising from or relating to use of ph143 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

10.5 User Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph143, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: User breach of these Terms, User violation of any law or regulation, User violation of any third-party rights, or any activity conducted through the User's ph143 account whether authorized or unauthorized.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 11.3 Class Action Waiver

Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against ph143. This class action waiver is severable from the rest of these Terms. If the class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
